Test capability enhancement
A consulting engagement to help enhance your test management and testing capability needs to be a collaborative effort, where the test manager and test team own the result.
A good place to start one of these projects is with an assessment of current capability vs. testing needs. My assessment report will identify areas for improvement and recommend specific actions to initiate. It will also identify areas that are working well as a good foundation for the recommended improvements.
I can then work with you and your team to prioritize the assessment recommendations and select the areas to focus the engagement on.
Alternatively, I can help you and your team with practical solutions in a specific focus area, such as implementing risk-based testing.
Once we have an agreed plan, I will combine coaching of your test manager and team with facilitation, helping them to enhance their effectiveness and implement the high priority recommendations in ways that will work for them and your organization.
